First-floor Bar & Private Room

Our first-floor bar & private room has a fully serviced bar with a craft lager & pale ale on tap. We can cater for up to forty guests for a private dining event or up to fifty guests for a more informal canape/buffet/drinks party! We politely advise we do not offer our first-floor bar & private room for children’s parties.

You are welcome to bring a device to plug into our system or share an Apple/Spotify playlist to play your own music, please note we like to respect our neighbours therefore ask that music be played at a reasonable level. You may decorate the room however we do not allow the use of adhesives, including blu-tac & sellotape, as they cause damage to our walls & ceiling, we also do not allow the use of glitter or confetti. If you decide to decorate then we ask the room is left as it was found.

For the use of our function room on a Saturday afternoon (12pm – 5pm) we do not charge a hire fee all we ask is for a guaranteed minimum spend of £600, for evening hire (7pm – 12.00am) again we do not charge a hire fee all we ask for is a guaranteed minimum spend of £750. Sundays are slightly different where we can be more flexible with the timings although we close at 9pm on Sundays, again we do not charge a hire fee all we ask is for a guaranteed minimum spend of £750. For weekday rates please get in touch.

To confirm a private room booking we ask for a £100 deposit which is fully refundable if the minimum spend & the criteria have been met as per our booking terms & conditions.

We are happy to tailor a set menu from our seasonal daily menu at the time ensuring fresh seasonal ingredients. Please note products & prices are subject to change. We do not allow guests to bring their own food however if it is as special occasion you are welcome to bring a cake.
